1st May a Fun Day
01st May 2010
I had a great day today In the early afternoon I spent an hour or so with my friemd, photographer Terrisina Fitzpatrick. Terrisina wanted to perfect some photo techniques . We had great fun with the two models using only natural light . I have included a photograph I took during our session.

Check out Terrisina's "Girls night out" page on facebook http://www.facebook.com/pages/Girls-Night-Out/169387359298
This evening I meet with my friend David Browne, onother photographer and fisherman. David wanted to practice the techniques for photographing waterfalls. David took me to a lovely waterfall on the Clyddagh River near Castlebar that I had never seen before.

The waterfall was placed in a very sheltered position with no direct sunlight.
By the time we left the sun was setting and we came upon these three horses on the top of the hill.

Comments
By Omnishots: I'm getting worried about your horse photographs. I think they are getting far too good and I'll be unable to be scathingly critical any more. David showed you a great waterfall. He's generous, isn't he!!
By Eamonn: Thanks Monica, praise indeed. It took ages to herd them into the bottom right hand corner of the frame.
By Terri Fitzpatrick: Beautiful photographs Eamon!
By lyle: ok, so now I have waterfall envy, (to add to the other neuroses) - love the shot
By Tracy Kerestesh: Love the waterfall, soft lighting, time exposure... love love love it
By David Browne: Thanks Eamonn for the 'Masterclass'. The shots are simply brilliant. The horses were real posers! Thanks again.
By Eamonn: Thanks everybody
By Ann-Marie Mulloy: Stunning waterfall - my favourite! You have got to show me.
