Ballintubber Abbey

I have another abbey for you today. I took this photograph of Ballintubber Abbey yesterday evening. Ballintubber is probably the most famous of Mayo's Abbeys, because it has remained a place of worship since it was founded in 1216, this despite several attempts to destroy it. It is a very popular place for weddings.
