Mistaken identity

I have to begin with a correction from Yesterdays blog , I said the photographs were taken on Lough Carra, It was actually Lough Mask! So here is another picture from yesterday’s trip to Lough Mask.
The weather in Mayo was fantastic today, bright sun and blue skies. Not a great day for photography due to very high contrast levels and a haze that reduced visibility considerably. As it happened I was in the Gallery today and also busy in the evening. When I realized I was not going to get out in the evening I decided to get a picture in the town, so I took a few minutes to cross the river and take this picture of the Mall in Westport, you can see my gallery “Images of Mayo” in the bottom right hand corner of the picture with its blue shop front.
