Rockfleet Castle, one of Granuaile's (Grace O Malley pirate Queen) three castles in Mayo. Situated on the North shore of Clew Bay, between Newport and Mulranny.
This photograph was made at night time , by the light of a full moon, a long shutter speed and wide aperture results in an image that looks like it was taken during the day, but if you look carefully you can see the stars!
