Weekend course

Trish and I went to Mulranny today, first we had lunch with Tricia's brother Rory and his family at the Mulranny Park Hotel. Rory and family were on a break in Achill and had cycled the greenway before stopping for lunch at the hotel. we had a great lunch and a lovely time with family. then we visited Cheryl at Essence of Mulranny to finalise arrangements for the upcoming Photography weekend I am leading on 10th, 11th and 12th of April, the price has been reduced to only €325 and includes accommodation and full board. Then I went down to the beach and even though it was very dull with no sunshine I decided to get a picture. You may remember I broke my big stopper filter a few weeks ago, well I was in Cork earlier in the week and I replaced it with a "Little Stopper" Its the same size as a big stopper but reduces the light coming through the camera lens by 6 f stops, rather then 10. it resulted in an exposure of 1.6 seconds for this shot, which was slow enough to show the movement in the water. Lets hope I can keep this filter for a long time!
